The ceremony will take place outdoors at Riverwood Downs.
Please arrive before the ceremony start time. The ceremony itself will be fairly brief.
After the ceremony, we’ll step away for a short break and some photos.
During this time, canapés will be circulating and the bar will be open, with background music and a few lawn games set up nearby. Guests are welcome to mingle, sit, wander the lawn, take their own photos, or take a break back at their accommodation.
A brief announcement will be made after the ceremony with practical details, including where things are located and what’s coming up next.
Formal photos with our wedding party and immediate family will take place shortly after the ceremony.
Later in the afternoon, once we’re back with guests, the photographer will also be around for relaxed photos with extended family and friends. These will happen naturally as people cross paths, rather than as a set list.
Nothing essential is scheduled during the photo window. You won’t miss anything by stepping away or doing your own thing.
Dinner will be served in the early evening, around 6.30 pm.

Drinks will be available throughout the afternoon and evening.
The bar will open after the ceremony and remain open into the night. An announcement on the day will share where the bar is located and when service begins.
A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available.
After dinner, music will pick up and the evening will unfold at an easy pace. Dancing is very welcome, as is sitting, chatting, stepping outside for fresh air, or heading back to your room if you need a break.
Guests are free to move around throughout the night.
The ceremony is the main moment we’ll all gather for together. Everything else is designed to flow rather than run to the minute.
